1. What the site is for

Cádiz Experience is an independent travel information guide to Cádiz. It is provided for general information only. It is not an official tourism service, it does not act for any venue, hotel or operator, and it is not a booking service.

2. No warranty on practical details

We research each page from official and primary sources, but opening times, prices, access rules and closures change, often without notice. We give no warranty that anything on the site is complete, current or error-free. Check the official source before you travel or book, and rely on your own judgement.

3. Copyright

The text on this site is the work of Cádiz Experience and its authors. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the page you took them from. You may not copy, republish or sell the site's text in bulk without our written permission.

4. Images and credits

Photographs on the site come from several sources. Images supplied through Google Places and images from Wikimedia Commons are credited on the page of the place they illustrate, with the licence where one applies. Those images remain the property of their owners and are used under their own terms.

5. Links to other sites

We link to official sites and other third parties for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, including a changed price, a closed venue or a missed booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
